3 Day Self Defense Workshop

Be prepared to build your confidence with real scenario training and concepts that are easy to use and remember that can save your life.  This is not a technique based workshop!  This is a way of thinking and acting that builds off of your natural reactions and abilities in the present state, you don't need to be fit or flexible.  $50/person or $40 for each person of the same household.  Limited to 9 participants
